Description Hours

This power station is the third built on the Grand Canal d’Alsace and it began producing electricity in 1956. It is the most powerful of the 10 hydroelectric plants on the Rhine, thanks to a fall of almost 16 metres. It was, right from the start, designed to be more automated than Kembs and Ottmarsheim.
