This bakery is located in a green setting in the heart of the Kochersberg, between Strasbourg and Saverne. All our organic flours (certified by Ecocert) are stone-ground and sieved by abrasion. "Our desire to offer our customers the very best has led us to make our products the old-fashioned way, by hand", says their website.
