Pig festival

For more than 50 years, the pig festival has been an opportunity to have fun with balls and sporting challenges...
Hundreds of kilos of pig meat are prepared for the occasion, from Schiffala (smoked pork shoulder) to Schwina Haxla (hock) to Surlawerla (home-made sautéed liver)!
