For 115 years, 5 generations from the Muller Family to the Poujol Family, have succeeded one another in this friendly inn, located on the banks of the river Ill, in Illhaeusern, a fishing village. Christophe, the chef, cooks with passion traditional fish specialities (Matelote, fried Carp, Trout from the fishpond) as well as Game of the Plain and his famous award-winning Goose Foie gras (to take away).
