Alsace invites you to discover its traditional cuisine: Alsacian recipes (Sauerkraut, flammekuche, pie outbreak ...), wines, local products and gastronomic routes (Alsace Wine Route).

Its cuisine is distinguished by its know-how and taste, for both savoury and sweet dishes. Thousands of flavours will accompany your meal eaten in a starred restaurant, a bierstub or a winstub, which are meeting places that reflect what the Alsacian love above all: sharing good things, which is typically French!

In spring, when the colours of nature revive, follow the many gastronomic routes. They invite you to discover the rich Alsacian cuisine. The most famous is of course the Alsace Wine Route! Renowned worldwide, it unwinds at the foot of the Vosges over 170 km.The Wine Route only reveals its most secret detours to curious traveller who adventure themselves off the beaten tracks: take the time to go and meet the winemakers, to taste their wines, to get lost in the medieval towns which punctuate it!
