The “Laiterie” in Strasbourg

A performance venue in Strasbourg devoted to new music, the Laiterie is managed by the Artefact PRL association. Almost 200 concerts are organised here each year, covering a complete repertoire of current music. A number of famous groups have been cheered on here by the enthusiastic Alsatian crowds including: M, Alain Bashung, Herbie Hancock and Placebo, who are just some of the 7000 artists to have already performed in this leading venue. Despite this impressive performance programme, the Laiterie remains a modest and accessible venue, offering close proximity to the artists performing here.
