1st DAY STRASBOURG (OR BASEL) - BREISACH

17:00: Boarding the MS Modigliani in Strasbourg or Basel. Settling down in cabins.

18:00: Departure of the cruise towards Breisach am Rhein. The crew will be introduced during the welcoming cocktail served in the lounge.
Gourmet dinner accompanied with on-board wines. For the occasion, CroisiEurope is working with pretigious, star-rated chefs who will concoct delicious dishes themselves accompanied with wines from their favourite winegrowers.
After dinner, musical entertainment and dancing in the lounge. Accommodation on board.

2nd DAY BREISACH –BASEL (OR STRASBOURG)

Arrival at Breisach during the night. Buffet breakfast on board.

8:00: departure on the excursion "Trans-Rhineland trip – the 2 Brisachs",
Neuf-Brisach, one of the great UNESCO sites in Alsace.- exploring Breisach am Rhein from St Steven's Cathedral, in the company of "Louis XIV's mistress".

Visit to the Geldermann wine cellar and wine-tasting session.
Visit round Neuf-Brisach stronghold, listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO, with a costumed guide. Exploring the town with its royal church and parade ground.
Visiting the very heart of the ramparts in a fortified tower, where an aperitif will be served to the participants: Alsace wine and savoury kougelhof.

Return to the boat for lunch at Ottmarsheim and the last phase of the cruise.

16:00: arrival at Basel or Strasbourg - landing.
