A new centre for agricultural tourism is dedicated to Munster cheese - one of the "unmissables" of the gourmet heritage in Alsace.

As a showcase of the valley, the Cheese House (Maison du Fromage) or s’Menschtertàlerkashüs in Alsatian, offers a surface area of 2000 m2 with displays on how cheese is made, mountain agriculture, the Vosgienne breed of cattle and an array of traditional know-how, presented in 7 sections

- a reception area with a shop selling local produce,
- a presentation hall describing the activities and sites of interest in the valley,
- an interpretation centre describing how traditional munster cheese is made with an audiovisual room, stable, and activity stations,
- 2 temporary exhibition rooms,
- a catering and sampling area,
- an educational workshop for school parties,
- and finally, a leisure park with farm animals.
